PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING. * * * * * * SOLE SOURCE * * * Mt Hood Community College intends to enter into contract with HUDL Platform LLC for 5 years at a total cost of approximately $ 30,000 This past year the Northwest Athletic Conference entered into an agreement with HUDL as the required game exchange platform for 36 member colleges and MHCC is required to use HUDL for their game exchange platform. Any entity wishing to protest this sole source procurement must do so prior to 2:30 p.m. on December 15th, 2020. All written protests must include: - A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; - A description of the resulting harm to the affected person; - The relief requested; - Must be signed by an authorized representative, and - Must be delivered by certified mail in hard copy to the address listed below.
