Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC - FSH), Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, intends to negotiate the extension of an existing contract (reference contract number W91WAW-13-C-0009) on a non-competitive basis with CALIBRE Systems, Inc., located at 6354 Walker Lane, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22310. The extension will be for up to a period of seven (7) months (01 August 2016 through 31 January 2017). The extension is required to provide for the continuation of critical services as directed by the Base Realignment and Closure Act of 1990- pending the award of a follow-on contract.
