Sole Source Justification (SSJ) for 28321321C00060027 between Social Security Administration and the State of Montana Department of Labor and Industry to establishes the terms, conditions, and safeguards under which the Social Security Administration (SSA) will access, via single electronic query, certain information from the Department of Labor and Industry, Unemployment Division of Montana (State Agency or contractor). SSA will use the information to update SSA files of individuals, assign SSNs, and to establish and verify eligibility and payment amounts under certain benefit programs administered by SSA, as required under Titles II and XVI of the Act.
