Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Div has requirements for the following MATHWORKS software: 3 (three) ea MATLAB P/N MLALL, 2 (two) each SIMULINK P/N SLALL, and 1 (one) of each of the following Tool Boxes: PHASED ARRAY (ARALL), CURVE FITTING (CFALL), COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (CMALL), CONTROL SYSTEM (CTALL), DATA ACQUISITION (DAALL), DSP SYSTEM (DSALL), INSTRUMENT CONTROL (ICALL), SYSTEM IDENTIFICATION (IDALL), IMAGE PROCESSING (IPALL), SIMRF (RBALL), RF TOOLBOX (RFALL), SIGNAL PROCESSING (SGALL), SYMBOLIC MATH (SMALL), SIMSCAPE (SSALL) AND STATISTICS (STALL).

THE REQUIRED SOFTWARE/LICENSES ARE PROPRIETARY TO THE MATHWORKS INC. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SOFTWARE CODE AND/OR OTHER NEEDED INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPETE THIS EFFORT. THE REQUIRED SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED TO INTERFACE WITH EXISTING MATHWORKS INC SOFTWARE CURRENTLY USED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0177; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
