Notice of Sole Source

The 316 th Contracting Squadron, Andrews AFB, MD, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with NET Federal Inc., to provide spare network processor cards for the NET Promnia radio control equipment, to include:

The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within two (2) days after date of publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The 316 th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract two (2) business days after publication of this notice. Contracting POC is James a.
