Given this functionality, and other unique traits associated with the Phonak Roger products, the Willamette Education Service District has selected to acquire products from Phonak Rogers. Sonova is the sole provider for the Phonak Roger products, Phonak Hearing Systems and Roger Soundfield. Sonova is the only authorized entity for Phonak device service/repair and Phonak replacement parts. Phonak products & service are proprietary to Sonova USA.
