Hood Community College (MHCC) intends to use Ruffalo Noel Levitz LLC (RNL LLC) as the Sole Source to support the college in developing a dynamic Strategic Enrollment Planning process using RNL's methodology and focus on academic planning, combined with Market Research and Student Satisfaction assessment research tools. MHCC believes that RNL's combination of consultative expertise and market research provides the most systematic approach for MHCC to achieve ongoing stability while ensuring the college can meet the educational, financial, and material needs of both its students and the institution. No other reasonable alternative source exists to provide: - Professional expertise to build a strategic enrollment plan with academic and co-curricular program planning as the focus. - Research tools to inform strategic enrollment planning, including assessment of MHCC's market and enrollment projections as well as the institution itself. MHCC has attended numerous Strategic enrollment planning sessions and conferences and has even made efforts in the development of their own academic and enrollment plans. MHCC has explored both internally training staff and using the consultation to support both staff training and implementation of the plan. Given the importance of this work, it is important to focus on outside consult and support to engage in this work as a campus and college, while there are other consultations opportunities, many lack the data systems, collaborations, and tools, specificity of focus on Community Colleges, whole college alignment, and proven methodology that RNL uses to ensure a plan is not only development but uses the best and most relevant data to impact change. Estimated Contract Cost: $130,000 Any entity wishing to protest this sole source procurement must do so prior to 3:00 PM on March 12th, 2021 All written protests must include: 1.
