Hood Community College Small Business Development Center intends to use Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) as the Sole Source for the following: TAO will work with the SBDCs to organize events bringing together a diverse set of small businesses and cybersecurity experts. Cybersecurity experts will present common threats as well as preventative and remedial measures small businesses should take to address common security issues. TAO will prepare digital collateral to market the events in consultation with partner SBDC's. Digital collateral will be distributed across the following platforms and channels: event registration pages on TAO website; social media campaigns across Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter; and email marketing campaigns through TAO and partner organization distribution networks (including but not limited to SBDCs, Regional Solutions network, relevant state and federal elected official staff, Business Oregon, etc.). Marketing campaigns across all of these digital formats will commence at least four weeks before the event. Any entity wishing to protest this sole source procurement must do so prior to 4:00 PM on April 21, 2021. All written protests must include must be certified mailed to the and include the following: 1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; 2. A description of the resulting harm to the affected person; 3. The relief requested; 4. Must be signed by an authorized representative, and 5.
