Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to enter into a firm-fixed price (FFP) supply type contract, IAW FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with Weibel Scientific, 44001 Indian Fields Court, Leesburg VA 20176-1641, CAGE: 1C6G4, in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented b FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item.
This proposed procurement is to upgrade the existing Weibel TC700 Radar tracking system to the AP 700 configuration, to include AP-700UW Antenna Pedestal Technology Refresh for MSL-60037 Doppler Radar; PS-2000B REV1.00 Power Supply; D-2100-AW REV1.02 Display Unit for AP-700 with CAB132-0G4M Display Cable 32M/32F; UPG WINTRACK to WinTrack 2012 software license upgrade; and training. There will also be two upgrade option quantities of 1 EA. Delivery is required within 365 days after effective date of contract award, F.O.B. Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance performed at Destination (Hawthorne Army Ammunition Depot, Hawthorne, NV).
