Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source order for the renewal/upgrade to provide software support and upgrades for one year for CMS Xio treatment planning system. This program is proprietary and cannot support any other competitive software. Any conversion to another system would involve extensive retraining, additional costs, and downtime for system installation and transfer of data.
