This procurement is for 81 Price Evaluation List (PEL) items and an additional 1,168 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause.
This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.
This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum.
Delivery is as follows: 120 days.
This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details.
Anticipated award date: 01 August 2019.
Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price.
This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1).
