The United States Government seeks to lease class âAâ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 17,330 rentable square feet in Bothell, WA. The space should yield 15,069 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.
The Government will require four (4) spaces per 1000 square feet of space, for outside parking spaces.
The delineated area is:
North - 128th St SE Everett WA to
West - Hwy 99 to 244th St SW Seattle WA to
South - NE Ballinger Way Seattle WA to Lake Washington to NE 145th St Seattle WA to
East - 148th Ave NE Seattle WA to Woodinville Snohomish Rd to Maltby
Rd (524) to 35th Ave SE to 128th St SE Everett, WA
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
Space must be ready for occupancy no later than date December 1st, 2009.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the buildingâs ownership.
