The USDA Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to issue an RFP for the purchase of Solid Methyl Eugenol Lure Dispenser (ME) lures, Wafer style, in support of the fruit fly detection program in Edinburg, Texas. The estimated quantity is 40,000 wafers per year for five years.

The solicitation will be set aside for Small Business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System code is 325320, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
