The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has

a requirement for Solid Waste Collection &

Disposal in Elverta, CA. This solicitation is a

base period of 12 months (1-Year) with 4 option

periods to be exercised at the discretion of the

Government. The North American Industrial Code is

562111 and the business size standard is $38.5.

The 100% Total Small Business set-aside

solicitation closes on 20 March 2018 at 1530 PT.

The contractor shall furnish all labor,

materials, equipment, transportation, and

supervision to include the pickup and removal of garbage located

at Elverta Maintenance Facility (EMF) & Elverta Substation (ELV); to perform

all work associated with refuse collection

services in accordance with all applicable

federal, state and local laws and regulations.

The Government will award to the responsible

offer, whose offer conforming to the Statement of

Work and is the lowest price. The vendor with

the lowest price technically acceptable, base and

option years added together will be awarded the

contract. The vendor must supply the Government

a copy of the Insurance Certificate of Liability

at the time of award.
