The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division has a requirement for the procurement of Solidworks Licenses.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action.  The Government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract to Lyme Computer Systems as they are the only authorized small business registered in SAM and capble of meeting this requirement.  Interested parties may id entify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit capability statements to, [email protected].  This notice of interest is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals.
