ERDC Environmental Laboratory, Environmental Processes Branch, requires a Sonde and Sensors for the detection of Conductivity, Temperature, pH, Dissolve Oxygen (DO), and Total Algae including chlorophyll and blue green algae sensors.

A quantity of 1 each is required as follows:

1. EXO3 Sonde - Depth Range: 0-100m; No AUX Port/Compact Battery Compartment; must contain: Sonde, 2 D Batteries, Calibration Cup, Tool Kit, 3 Port Plugs, USB drive loaded with User Manual and KOR Software
2. EXO Wiped Conductivity/Temperature Sensor - must be designed for compatibility with EXO2 Sonde's Central Wiper and must include central wiper brush and spacing kit.
3. EXO ISE02 pH Sensor Assembly, Unguarded - with replaceable sensor head and must incorporate wet-mate connector and welded titanium housing
4. EXO Optical DO Sensor - must be compatible with any EXO sonde, have a user replaceable sensor cap installed and incorporate wet-mate connector and welded titanium housing
5. EXO Total Algae PC Sensor - optimized for freshwater use (Phycocyanin), must include chlorophyll and blue green algae sensors in a single sensor and incorporate wet-mate connector and sealed welded titanium design.
6. EXO Central Wiper, EXO2 - must install in center wiper port on EXO2 sonde only; must include two wiper brushes and installation tool
7. EXO 10-m Flying Lead Cable - for connection of EXO sonde to DCP Signal Output Adapter
8. EXO Signal Output Adapter (USB) - to allow connections between EXO sonde and a PC
9. EXO Signal Output Adapter (DCP) Rev. 2.0 - to wire into the end of YSI field cable via flying leads to convert EXO signal to RS-232 or SDI-12 for datalogger applications
10. EXO2 Wheeled Hard-Sided Carrying Case (black)
11. EXO2 Anti Fouling Guard - a sensor guard designed with copper alloy to inhibit growth and extend deployment time.

This acquisition is being conducted under FAR 13.106-1. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334516 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including price, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar product. All capability statements received by the closing date of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
