This project will provide new gravity sewer mains that will serve existing and future development on Oakdale Road from Post Office Drive to Mable Ave, on Sylvan Avenue from Oakdale Road to just East of Lydia Lane, and the entire Lydia Lane. Also included is a new Lift Station and associated sitework on Sylvan Ave just East of Lydia Lane and a new force main connecting the lift station with the existing Sonoma Trunk, a new stormwater filtration and retention system on Sylvan Ave, and new water main upgrades on Sylvan Ave from Oakdale Road to Aria Way and on the entirety of Lydia Lane.
