Request for quote procure vendor capable of providing the "Sonomed Escalon VuMAX HD B-Scan / UBM / A Scan Imaging System (US) OR BRAND NAME EQUAL item. Speciffic description must contain, VuMax HD unit, 12 MHz B-Probe, Water Path Probe, Multi-Probe Cable, 35 MHz Transducer, 21.5" Flat Panel LED Monitor, USB Foot Pedal, Immersion Cups (Set of 4 - 18/20/22 Silicone), 60 Hz Power Cord US, Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, and VuMAX HD User Manual, Power cord, 3-Prong North American, (10A/125V/60Hz), 4KV Standard A-Probe, 10 MHz. Equipment that is procured will be required to have a training session in order to ensure proper use of the machine. A warranty for all equipment that is needed shall also be required. Salient characteristics include but are limited to; imaging of the posterior segment, multiple frequency transducers, 256 ray scan with 2048 sample points for each ray, capture 50-frame video clips at up to 20 frames in each exam, and store unlimited images and up to 12 video clips in each exam. This requirement is for the Malcolm Grow Medical Center located at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government; The U.S. Government will not pay for the information provided. The 11th Contracting Squadron located at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland is conducting this solciitation to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified business(s) to provide the VuMAX HD B-Scan / UBM / A-Scan Imaging System OR EQUAL item and associated equipment. Please note, the OR EQUAL item will be evaluated and compared to the VuMAX HD B-Scan / UBM Imaging System (US) to determine if the equipment will fit the need of the Government. For this acquisition, the NAICS code 334510 will apply. All responding businesses are required to identify their firm's size and type of business to this NAICS code size standard of 1250 employees. Interested businesses responding to this solicitaiton must provide a detailed description of the product they are submitting.
