The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU), located in Bethesda, MD, has a requirement for one (1) SonoSite M-Turbo ultrasound machine. The ultrasound will be utilzied in the SimCenter (SimCen) to train Uniformed Services University Medical students to perform procedures using the equipment that they are most likely to encounter once they graduate from USU and provide care in military hospitals for our wounded warriors. One of the major responsibilities of USU is to train future doctors on the equipment that they will most likely encounter while working on our servicemen and woman.

Based on the above, competition is limited to the SonoSite M-Turbo ultrasound machine. Quotes for alternative ultrasound machines will not be considered.
