Synopsis: Install essential elements to ensure SIPRNET room meets COMDTINST requirements including insatallation of sound-proofing for bulkhead, door frame, deck plate, and tinting for windows in adjacent space.

1. Remove and dispose of existing drywall on south bulkhead of SIPRNET room.

2. Provide and install drywall meeting STC-50 sound protection from floor to ceiling (approximately 12' x 13').

3. Provide and install security-level, metal door frame to fit existing door.

4. Provide and install metal deck plate under door to eliminate gap between the door and the deck.

5. Provide and install Mylar tinting to windows in the office space adjacent to the SIPRNET room

All work will be conducted within a restricted area and must be supervised by an authorized Coast Guard member.
