This requirement is for two frame-based best source selectors conforming to the following specifications:

1. The Best Source Selector must be 19” Rack Mount
2. The Best Source Selector must have16 BNC Inputs and 8 BNC Outputs and Field-Upgradability to 24 BNC Inputs and 12 BNC Outputs.
3. The Best Source Selector must support data rates up to 32Mbps.
4. The Best Source Selector must process IRIG-B time reader input.
5. The Best Source Selector must be no larger than 4U Rackmount Chassis
6. The Best Source Selector must be compatible with Slide rackmount kit
7. Best Source Selector Must have a systems application software with GUI for setup and control including save and load of multiple settings
8. The Best Source Selector must provide stream lock indicators based from user-defined parameters
9. The Best Source Selector must not manipulate data stream.
10. The Best Source Selector control must provide for multi input and output groupings.
11. The Best Source Selector control must complete Source switching in less than 1 microsecond.
12. The Best Source Selector control must provide the capability of switching between data streams based on stream frame synchronization characteristics.
13. The Best Source Selector must have a Tethered BNC TTL I/O panel with data and clock (3-Volts into 75 Ohms)
14. All TTL/BNC inputs: 75 ohm termination
15. All TTL/BNC outputs drive 3 volts into 75 ohm termination for logic one, and logic zero = 0 volts.
