The objective of this multi-year services contract is to provide third party International Organization for Substandardization (ISO) surveillance audits by an external independent Registrar Organization to maintain AS9100 and AS9110 registration at OO-ALC/309 MXW. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, parts, materials, transportation, travel, incidentals and project oversight as necessary to perform such third-party audits to the ISO Aerospace Standard 9100 (AS9100) and AS9110 standard at the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) 309th Maintenance Wing, Hill AFB, UT. Registration and surveillance audits will be performed on a schedule mutually decided upon between the contractor and 309 MXW/QP personnel. The contractor shall have prior experience in performing audits to the AS9100/AS9110 standard. The contractor and Auditors shall be certified and/or accredited through the American National Standards Institute-Registration Accreditation Board (ANSI-RAB) and maintain certification/accreditation during the contract period. The contractor shall be familiar with aircraft depot procedures. Please refer to the Statement of Work dated August 2009 for the AS9100 and AS9110 Registrar Services for futher ther guidance. The anticipated performance period will be from FY10 - FY14. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
