The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support a contract for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the Australian government for. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can manufacture and supply an exportable ARC-220 system which includes: RT-1749 or equivalent, AM-7531 Amplifier or Equivalent, RT mount and Amplifier mount. This radio system must meet the specifications below:
AN/ARC-220 or equivalent:
• Frequency: 2.0000 - 29.9999 MHz in 100-Hz steps
• Channels/Nets: 20 programmable simplex or half-duplex
- 20 programmable ALE scan lists
- 12 programmable ECCM hop sets
• Frequency Stability: 3.3 x 10-7 over operating temperature range
• Emission Modes: US B & LSB-voice and data, CW, and AME

The contractor must be able to support all technical, operational, safety, interoperability and security testing requirements. The contractor company must be ISO 9001-2008 certified. Company must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement.
