THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY-SOLICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. This announcement is for potential Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises or Indian Economic Enterprises ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Division of Drug Enforcement is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this announcement is 561611 code size is $20.5M. Responses to this Request for Information (RFID) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This request is for market research (FAR Part 10) purposes to determine potential businesses capable of providing the product described herein. Respondents should note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this request. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents providing information to this request. Respondents must submit capability statements that clearly define the firm's ability to perform the service stated. Responses must include the company name, address, business size, CAGE Code, DUNS number, and point-of-contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. The capability statement package may be sent by email to [email protected]. Submissions must be received no later than 12 p.m. CT on 21 OCTOBER 2020. The requirement is to provide the Division of Drug Enforcement with online investigative and research services. This service would give Drug Enforcement personnel access to online records such as; personal information, business and corporation information, Secretary of State and UCC filings, Driver¿s license information, email, motor vehicle information, civil court records, criminal history records, sexual offenders, phone info, utility info, Tri-Bureau Credit info, Real Estate deeds and mortgage records, real property assessment records, bankruptcies, liens, and judgements, foreclosure info, marriage, divorce and death records, professional licenses, concealed weapons, hunting and fishing permits, relatives, neighbors and associates information. The service must deliver fast and reliable results at high accuracy. Must include person alerts, customizable reports, hyperlinked results. Must be able to access via mobile devices and Include multi-factor authentication. Must include 24/7 customer service and technical support and all types of training consulting services.
