The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is conducting market research for subscription products that provide bankruptcy data. Attachment 1 – Draft SEC Requirements List provides a description of the requirements. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development.
Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following:
1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with the following company information:
2. A description of your company’s subscription product and its ability to meet the SEC’s requirements.
3. Completed Attachment 2 – Requirements Checklist Questionnaire. Your company must provide a response to all items in accordance with the instructions of the questionnaire.
4. A price estimate for 5 users with pricing for a Base Period of 12 months and four Option Periods of 12 months each. Respondents may also provide info for additional pricing Tiers if available.
