The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is conducting market research for subscription products that provide Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) data. Attachment 1 – Draft SEC Requirements List provides a description of the requirements. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development.
Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following:
1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with the following company information:
2. A description of your company’s subscription product and its ability to meet the SEC’s requirements.
3. A Sample file of RMBS data for the month of April, 2024 generated by the your company’s COTS platform. The sample file may be submitted in excel format and shall include all the data fields that are offered for a sample of approximately 50-100 records.
4. A price estimate with pricing for a Base Period of 12 months and four Option Periods of 12 months each.
