THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.  The United States Army Special Operations COmmand (USASOC) has a requirement for a portable VO2/Metabolic Testing System, Brand Name or Equal to the K4b2 system sold by COSMED USA, Inc. The system must be commercial grade, portable, and suitable for use in numerous environments.  The COSMED K4b2 system components which fulfill this requirement are as follows:

- Mask, V2 w/Headgear and Turbine Adapter, VO2max FLowmeter K4b2, Turbine 2000, Adult (Large)
- Turbine/Flowmeter 2000 (k4b2) with sampling line
- Adapter Turbine/FLowmeter 2000 (K4b2) for adult masks
- Sampling Line, Permapure K4b2 (L 73 cm)
- Calibration syringe, 3 Liters
- Regulator, CAL Gas (x dispos ED cyl.-CGA-973)
- Gas, Cal mix CGA-973 (16%O2, 5%CO2, N2 bal)
- PC Laptop w/COSMED software
- 1 Day product training (at installation)
