Thule Air Base, Greenland Base Operations and Maintenance; Competition Limited to Danish/Greenlandic Firms IAW FAR 6.302-4, International Agreement
The Thule Base Maintenance Contract Acquisition Team (TBMCAT) of the United States Air Force (USAF) is conducting market research to facilitate development of the acquisition strategy and Request for Proposal (RFP) for this procurement. The determination of the acquisition strategy for this procurement lies solely with the Government and will be based on market research and information available to the Government and from other sources. TBMCAT is conducting this market research to identify businesses which have the capability to provide base operations and maintenance support for Thule Air Base, Greenland. Base support consists of the following services: supply and purchasing, fuels management, airfield and airport operations, air traffic and transportation management, water port operations, civil engineering operations, vehicle operations and maintenance, fire protection, environmental management, health services, food services, recreation and community services, non-sensitive communications management.
NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE.
This is a sources sought announcement only, and is not a solicitation or request for a proposal. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the USAF to issue a solicitation.
