This includes demolition and removal of piping, including the 18-inch and 24-inch assemblies. Remove existing grating. Install new upper level grating and handrail to match existing. Replace drain valves. Install associated electrical and controls and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
