Invitation for Bids for South Central Headworks Concrete Channel Rehabilitation for Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority 8763 Hospital Drive Douglasville, Georgia 30134 April 7, 2021 IFB # 239 The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (hereafter referred to as the “Authority”) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the performance of the South Central Headworks Concrete Channel Rehabilitation (the “Project”), as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids. The scope of work includes the provision by the Contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be “turn key” and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel. The work to be performed shall include cleaning, repair, surface preparation and epoxy coating to restore approximately 2,900 SF of concrete walls and ceiling of the South Central WWTP headworks channel. Special Conditions and Appendices contain more detailed information on the Project scope. All work will be performed within Authority property. Parties interested in this Invitation for Bids must obtain a copy of the full bid package or their bids will be considered nonresponsive.
