The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Complete Parachute Solutions for the procurement of the following items:

CLIN 0001: SOV-HH 398 Solo System 6 ring harness/container color: Tan (CPS-SOV3-HH-398) (Qty 30 EA);
CLIN 0002: 9 cell hybrid main canopy stainless steel hardware (recommended configuration for water use) color: Silver (CPS-MS-360 M2) (Qty 30 EA);
CLIN 0003: TR-375 7 cell F111 reserve canopy color: silver (CPS-TR-375) (Qty 30 EA);
CLIN 0004: Tandem gear bag, 2 front pockets, 1 internal pocket, 3 handles, heavy zipper, color: Tan (CPS-GBT-002) (Qty 30 EA);
CLIN 0005: BOC Main hand deploy includes: BOC pocket, throwout pilot chute with hackey, and bridle-student throwout (Qty 30 EA);
CLIN 0006: SOV3-HH-Ultility pouch with 8" zipper color: Tan (Qty 30 EA);
CLIN 0007: SOV-HH-Twin 53 CU IN oxygen pouch with 8" zipper color: Tan (Qty 30 EA);

This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government.
