NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., April 27, 2021 by the Isanti County Board of Commissioners at the office of the County Engineer located at 232 Emerson Street North, Cambridge, Minnesota 55008. Bids will be opened and read publicly at this location, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
