The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis with JRC Integrated Systems, Inc. of Washington, D.C. as a follow-on to contract number N00030-16-C-0018. This requirement calls for FY18-20 procurement involving Launcher Systems Engineering, Advance Launcher Development Program Systems (ALDP) Engineering, Support Equipment Overhaul, and Project Management Office Support.

An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice.
