DLA has a requirement for the continued lease of 13 MFDs without using competitive procedures. The device must be NMCI certified. This requirement is for an up to 16- month extension (8-month base period. 1 -4-month option and 4 -1-month options).  The requirement is to maintain copier support, to include full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security accreditation along with technical and network installation support, to avoid a gap in service. 

Base Period: 02/01/2024 - 9/30/2024 (8 months)

Option Period 1: 10/01/2024 - 01/31/2025 (4 months)

Option Period 2: 02/01/2025 - 02/28/2025 (1 month)

Option Period 3: 03/01/2025 - 03/31/2025 (1 month)

Option Period 4: 04/01/2025 - 04/30/2025 (1 month)

Option Period 5: 05/01/2025 - 05/31/2025 (1 month)
