DLA has a equirement for the continued lease of 15 MFDs without using competitive procedures. The device must be NMCI certified. This requirement is for an up to 17  month extension (9 month base period. 1 -4 mo option and 4 -1 mo options).  The requirement is to maintain copier support, to include full service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security accreditation along with technical and network installation support, to avoid a gap in service.
