IARPA's website contains the Proposer's Day slides for SMART. It also includes vendors' presentations for those entities that opted to provide a briefing at that event. Attached is the list of vendors at the Proposer Day.

For additional teaming arrangements, the Gov't suggests all vendors enter their company information into the beta.sam.gov "vendor" teaming list.   Per beta.sam.gov website: The intent of the Interested Vendor List (IVL) feature is to collect a list of vendors interested in competing for the opportunity or vendors interested in subcontracting opportunities.

This message is to provide notice that the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for IARPA Programm Spaced-Based Machine Automated Recognition Technique (SMART) has been released.  The BAA (number IARPA-BAA-19-04) is attached to this solicitation notice and also accessed through the IARPA website at:
