The 52nd Communications squadron has a requirement for one (1) Airbus Ranger 1200, brand name only, with interchangeable feed booms for X/Ku/Ka-bands and required components and systems to operate. The equipment must be operator-friendly access for multi-capable network. The kit must be small, lightweight, and highly portable. The equipment must be DoD approved and MIL-STD-188-164A Compliant. It must have an operating outdoor temperature range from -40C to +60C and indoor temperature of -10C to +40C or harsher temperatures. In order to maintain like-sized equipment, the dish needs to be 1.2M dish for uniformity in packing and loading.
Place of performance is Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.
Proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price with requested delivery 150 days ARO.
