A New Membership Clubhouse Facility at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club Project Description: The new membership clubhouse facility at the Spanish Peaks Mountain Club project will be approximately 28,000 square feet. The new facility will include a restaurant, outfitter, fitness center, gym, day camp/kid’s recreation space, and outdoor pools & patios. The project includes, excavation, utilities, site construction, concrete foundations, gypsum cement underlayment, polished concrete, stone veneer masonry, metals, rough carpentry, mass timber framing for floors and roof, finish carpentry, cabinets, countertops, casework, thermal and moisture protection, insulation, gutters & downspouts, standing seam and membrane roofs, siding, windows, doors, hardware, tile, ACT ceilings, flooring, drywall, painting, staining, Division 10 specialties, fireplace, commercial foodservice equipment, window treatments, pools & spas, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire-alarm systems, and exterior landscaping improvements. Note: Mass-timber supply, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical will not be bid at this time. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project.
