The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 4 EA. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination and FOB Origin, delivery 495 days ARO or less. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 11/03/2015, and the closing date is on or around 11/23/2015.
