Once the solicitation is issued, interested sources must submit the appropriate information outlined in Procurement Notes L04/M06, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items.
CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING IS REQUIRED AND THE REQUIREMENTS ARE CALLED OUT IN THE DRAWING (16236) SQAP011278694 REV C. TESTING SAMPLES WILL BE RETAINED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
CONTRACTOR PRODUCTION LOT TESTING IS REQUIRED AND THE REQUIREMENTS AND SAMPLING PLAN ARE CALLED OUT IN THE DRAWING (16236) SQAP011278694 REV C THE GOVERNMENT QAR SHALL WITNESS AND RECOMMEND APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL ON THE FAT SAMPLES.
A quantity of 250 each will be required and will be shipped to a DLA stocking location.
The Purpose of this synopsis is to locate sources interested in becoming approved sources.

This RFI is for market research purposes only. Any information submitted is at the company's own expense. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of capability statements in connection with the market survey. Any information provided is voluntary.
