SCL needs assistance in organizing its Boundary Hydroelectric Project GIS system and seeks to upgrade its GIS modeling and analysis capabilities and the organization of it spatial data catalog. Organization of SCL's Boundary GIS system is important for new projects as well as integration of GIS products developed for SCL during the relicensing process. The work under this contract will require strong time management skills, expert geospatial knowledge of ESRI's ArcGIS 10.1 software (including extensions), and strong programming languages skills. The development of GIS products will take place principally on-site in SCL's offices.
