Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests.  The only approved sources for this material are GKN Westland Aerospace, Inc., Cage 0J4X3 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286.  Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract.  The requirement is for 5 each.  The required delivery is 365 days ARO to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, New Cumberland, PA. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Destination applies. The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A letter will be utilized to solicit the Request for Proposal (RFP) if applicable. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The solicitation issue date is August 19, 2021. The anticipated closing date is September 20, 2021.
