This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  Based on market survey this NSN is commercial items.  The proposed procurement contains a 1-year base period. The total contract period shall not exceed 1 year.  Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for items supplied covered under this contract.
