The 763 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) is seeking information for potential sources with the capability to design and provide a web-based Special Departure Procedure (SDP) takeoff performance system for the defined Mission Design Series (MDS) based on each aircraft manufacturer's performance algorithm, as well as real time derived data to make takeoff calculations. Aircraft requiring SDP service include: C-5M, KC-10, KC-46, C-17, KC-135, C-130H, C-130J, C-37A, C-21A, RC-26B, E-3 and E-8C.
The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541360 Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services. The small business size standard is $16.5 million.
The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to a company, or to contact a company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request.
Capability packages should be limited to no more than 10 pages using 10-point type or larger. Published literature may be any number of pages.
