The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to procure a Brilliant Violet 605 Anti Human IL-17A CLONE BL168 Reagent on a sole source basis with BIOLEGEND 9727 PACIFIC HEIGHTS BLVD, SAN DIEGO, CA 92121-1223. This will be a firm fixed price contract in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible, and this item contains proprietary data/patent information.  THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.  The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-80, effective 2 March 2015).  This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is not a Small Business set aside, however, small, small disadvantage, minority, veteran owned, and HUD zone companies, etc. are encouraged to submit quotes.
