The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL), plans to solicit offers for scientific laboratory gases of liquid and compressed configurations with various degrees of purity and grade under Solicitation No. G14PS00283. The Government intends to award a single contract with a period of performance of a base year and four, one-year options. The gases will be delivered to research laboratories located on the Denver Federal Center and Boulder, Colorado. Solicitation No. G14PS00283 will be issued on or about June 11, 2014. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notice and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at Federal Business Opportunities at www.fbo.gov and FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm at no charge. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned sites regularly for any updates/amendments to this requirement.
