This is a sources sought announcement to obtain additional sources of supply for specialty paper used on HP Design Jet 5500 Plotters. Because of the sensitivity of the plotters, paper must meet stringent specifications so as not to jam or damage the machines. See attachment 1 for the specifications for the dry gloss photo, tyvek, heavy coated, photo gloss, and banner with tyvek paper. If you wish to be considered for future requirements, please submit a sample roll for each type of paper you wish to supply for testing. The roll(s) should be sent to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3838 Vogel Road, ATTN: Patricia Taylor, MS J-95, Arnold, MO 63010. Sample roll(s) will be loaded and ran on the plotters to determine if they meet the required specifications. Samples will not be returned.
