The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Measurement Science Department has a requirement for one (1) Spectroradiometer. The Spectroradiometer must be capable of providing night sky measurements. The Spectroradiometer must have the capability of measuring Luminance Sensitivity for illuminant A (2856K): 1.3e-6 cd/m2 with an accuracy of +/-1% at a wavelength range of 300 nm to 1100 nm with an accracy of less than 1 nm. The Government intends to award a sole source, firm fixed contract to Gamma Scientific, an SBA certified small business. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(c). This procurement is for a commercial item IAW FAR Part 12. The associated NAICS Classification code is 334515 and the size standard is 500 employees.
