The 81st Contracting Squadron intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement from 17 July 2020 to 16 July 2025 for Speech Therapy Services (To Include Those Listed Below) on a "same day/next day" as ordered basis. If you believe you can meet the Governement's minimum requirement and would like to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for this requirement please contact the POCS listed in this notice by 14 July 2020.

- Initial Bedside Swallow Evaluations
- Modify Barium Swallow Assessment 
- Initial Evaluation of Speech Sound production (eg. apraxia, dysarthria)
- Initial Aphasia Assessments
- Case Conferences
- Therapy treatment focused on cognitive function, (eg. attention, memory, etc,) and /or compensatory strategies to manage an activity, initiating, organizing, sequencing tasks
- Evaluation and fitting of/for use and /or fitting of voice prosthetic device to supplement oral speech 
- Therapy treatment of speech, language, voice, communication
- Behavioral and qualitative analysis of voice and resonance 
- Treatment of swallowing dysfunction and/or oral function for feeding
