This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13,Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen
Proving Ground MD 21005.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Hamilton-Thorne. The Associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Business Size Standard is 1000.

All responses received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the
Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00PM Eastern Time Thursday May 25, 2017. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
